Hi, I'm looking for posibilities like grained security auditing (only in Enterprice version) in oracle 10g SE One. Is it possible to log all events like who has viewed exact table at exact time ?

Maybe I'll ask in other way:

I have Oracle 10g One
Is there a way to log such information:
which user has viewed some data from database
without using fine grained auditing or programming this into application?

Without some kind of auditing, you cannot~.
FGA is an enhancement of the existing audit procedures (and with different functionalities).
But you need to enable database audit features to capture the information you are looking into.
Something like this

SQL> AUDIT SELECT ON emp;
