I got this message when test my connection to server using Net8 Easy Config (I'm using Oracle 8 Enterprise edition)
The test did not succeed.
ORA-12571: TNS:packet writer failure
There may be an error in the fields entered
or the server may not be ready for a connection.
You can check the server and retry, or continue.
I already follow the insctruction from the latest forum about this error (give comment on sglnet.ora files) but it still doesn't give any solution. What should i do? coz i'm really new on this things. Thanx
