Hello Everyone!

I am getting ORA-12535 TNS: Operation timed out.  I know I need to increase the CONNECT_TIMEOUT, but have no idea where to start.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

connect_timeout is set in the listener.ora file.
If you set it to 0, it will wait forever. Turn the tracing on to see diagnostics.

You may want to ping the actual server to check the response times ...
