Hello,

I want to know the maximum value allowed for MAXLOGFILES parameter in CREATE DATABASE statement for Oracle in Windows systems.

In the SQL Reference manual it says the value is dependent on OS, but I can't seem to find the appropriate manual for Windows.

If anybody knows, please let me know.

Using Oracle 8.1.6, OS is Windows NT.
