Can anyone help me? I am doing the following steps to cold back up my server everynight with the win2k task scheduler.  I can get the scheduler to execute and run the oradim command to shutdown my instance and start it backup. I have a seperate script to copy the database files (control, redologs, system, etc).  But the script fails each time, I have been forced to manually type the copy command at the command-line for the backup.   Does anyone know what the problem is or an alternate solution.  Thanks..
