Right here. It requires a free subscription to OTN (Oracle Technology Network) though.

Oh right...I saw 8.x and instinctively, I thought of the Oracle version instead of the Linux version.

But the following versions are available at otn.oracle.com for Linux:
8i
9i
10g

You simply click below at the product center section on the database center. You'll find your way from there.

Beware though that, although it is free for download, it is not free. In order to use Oracle for professional purposes you need a license. You can download it and use it for personal purposes (like to test certain things at home) for free.
