My database was running proberly has GENEVA app ,due to power failuer we lost many datafiles , we gather some of them depending on the O.S files which they left and create new controlfile has only what left but we cannt open it , its noarchive and archiving is disable ...i tried _allow_reset... other but no use my version is 9.2.0 ...help.

Hi,

Your best bet is to restore the entire database from
backup.

If you cannot, you can call Oracle
Support/Consulting to try to extract the remaining
data using their DUL utility.
