hi
when iam trying to using tnsping to service name to other database in different machine but its not wokring giving error tns 12154 could not resolve service name but the listener is connecting to different dbs .i am connecting different oracle software(same versions) well the listener status is working well without error.Its able to communicating with that host and sid what may be the cos of error.i checked the tnsnames but its correct how to correct it

TRY USING NET Manager and configure the connection

There might possible errors in the tnsnames files
