how can we make auto start of oracle8i database on linux operating system when operating system is booting.i want step by step explanation.is there any  tutorial on this topic plz mention the link.

i want how to set auto start of my oracle database in linux whenever i boot my operating system.i mean when ever i start my server my database also open automatically.

auto start methods vary from OS to OS.
