Hi Gurus

I need reorganization a table sys (sys.c_ts#) because I need free space in a system tablespace (size 8GB and only uses 500 MB) and this table was created at the end of tablespace. what ca I do?

thanks

Hi....
It seems that table has information related to tablespaces..i think you could not even move it to another tablespace.
Is there any posibility to you to recreate the entire database?
Best luck

Hi,
which segments in SYSTEM tablespace consume the most space ? Did you use SYSTEM for temp/undo segments accidentally ?
There's no documented/supported procedure for rebuilding sys objects(other than sys.AUD$) directly. Recreating the database is certainly an option,if its viable.

Do you have Oracle support ?
