found dead shared server 'S000, pid = (10, 1)

I am getting the above error in my alert log.. Can any of you please let me know the reason for the above error... As I found that the CPU is showing 100 percent utilization after this error..

Hi,

Check to see if you have any associated trace files or ALERT.LOG entries (typically ORA-600 or ORA-7445 errors).
