when the database is running suddenly it is hanging by displaying error message that "END OF FILE COMMUNICATION CHANNEL" and when i saw the trace files it giving the error message that memory leakahe
like 000788*0099[[99999]]

1. What version of Oracle are you running?
2. On what OS?
3. What are the arguments of the ORA 600?
4. Can you provoke/reproduce the ORA 600?
