I am developing a applicatory one of installation. Through this
applicatory one, I want to install the Client of the Oracle. How it
decides this problem?

you can do a 'silent' installation of oracle.
I dont know, whether it cann be done in windows environment.
in unix, YES.
either the way, unix  or windows it is not easy.
