1.Can anyone pls expalin what excatly the EXECUTIONS and LOADS column
in v$sqlarea means.Is it the total(till now) number of reloads and execution ever happened after the stored procedure or package has been compiled in the system.

2. How to find wheather a segment has been fragmented and how to avoid this.
