I want to revoke exp/imp from the other users.
any user only could exp/imp his own tables.
user system could not exp/imp other users
Is there any way?

thats the default.
give the user just connect and resource Roles.
user can export /import his objects only.
revoke dba role from system.
NOTE:
usually ONLY the dba role will be given to system by default.
so if you revoke DBA role from SYSTEM make sure you
granted resource and connect to system.
