“Whenever we are running the scripts “utlestat & utlbstat”, heading of the report is displaying some of our old database administrator names, who have been left from the service. I would like to replace those names with the present administrator names. Can you please help me to proceed further”

someone would have changed the ESTAT/BSTAT scripts
so as the TTitle is including the Name_of_dba.
Edit the scripts and change it.
Also,
look into your GLOGIN.sql,
and Make sure any such unwanted references
are removed.
