hello all,
I have oracle 8.1.7 on Windows box
I am running it in Noarchivelogmode
I lost my Online redo log file(it was deleted)
what should i do now ?

Restore the old backup,
Open the database with Resetlogs option.

if you restore everything (datafiles/redo logs/controlfiles), then you dont need to open with resetlogs. you can just open the database.
