Hii,
Genlly this error will come bcos of some mismatch with the Rollback segments..

what happens is a record is updated ,, and the old value is still in the rollback segment..so when u try to retrieve the record, this error will come.. i would suggest you to go for frequent commits..and also reduce the size of Rollback segments...
