Greetings,
I try to install Oracle 8.1.7 Standard Edition (downloaded from oracle) in Windows 2OOO Server (sp2).
No matter what, if I try to run install, I only see for a short time the "hourglas" mouse pointer, but the setup program never shows!
Please, any tip or comment is highly appreciated!!

Hi,
The solution was just here on this mesage forum.
Its a pentium 4 matter. Anyone interested, just search on pentium 4 on this forum.
