I have an issue with a SQL statement. Here is the scenario.

1. There is a table with the 2 columns:

C1 D1
C1 D2
C1 D3
C2 D3
C2 D4
C5 D1
C5 D2
C6 D1
C6 D2
C6 D3
C4 D3
C4 D4
C7 D3
C7 D5
C7 D7

I need to group the data into the following sets:

D1 / D2 / D3 ---- Break Level

C1 / C6

D3 / D4

C2 / C4

D1 / D2

C5

D3 / D5 / D7

C7

Any help is greatly appreciated.
