If I will give user internal's password then also it is not allowing me to connect to the database.If I will give:

connect sys/misl as sysdba;
it is giving insufficient priviledges.In the document it is written that,enabling of SYSDBA/SYSOPER is O/S specific.How to do that???

try this sequence..sysdba role will not allow the display of password.

connect sys as sysdba
password:miscl

try now..
